It was a rather bright sunny day…oddly enough on a Sunday, of all days.  A young girl around the age of 20 or 21, judging by her height, was sitting alongside a park bench by herself enjoying a small lollipop; a Charms blow pop, of all things at that.  The young girl had long and very light blue hair, a purple jumpsuit that cut at the waist, brown and yellow gloves, and dark purple boots to match her outfit.  It was a rather odd outfit that made the young girl stands out from other people…if there were indeed others to be around.  In this strange park, there was no one around.  Just her.  An odd site, indeed, as usually the park is crowded with lots of people around.  "I wonder where everyone went off to…" the girl muttered to herself, enjoying her lollipop, "It's not like K to be late in picking me up..."

Just then, she heard a rustle in the bushes behind her.  She looked around and yet saw no one.  Seeing this, she simply went back to her lollipop, which was almost finished and she would be able to gain access to the delicious chewing gum inside.  Another rustle…this time, it was much louder than before.  The girl got up quickly to look behind her, but much like the last time saw nothing out of place.  She simply shrugged her shoulders, sat back down and went on to enjoy her tasty snack.  Little did she know, however, that something indeed was there in that bush…something or someone was spying on her, and it wasn't gonna be long until this was discovered.

I've known Miss Kula Diamond for a while now, the man began thinking, as his thought process started to run down about everything he knew about the girl he saw before him inside this little bush, but this is the first time I actually get to see her instead of it being just a photo.  What did he have in mind for little Kula?  I want to tickle her silly... mostly as an experiment...  I have yet to see if she has a sense of touch or anything…  But how do I accomplish that without getting myself killed in the process?  I know she's able to conjure up ice at will…but I'd rather not be given cold feet.  He then felt something in his pocket as the young man dug into the pocket and pulled out a simple piece of candy.  This was the exact moment that he begun to think of a plan.  He knew, during his study, that Kula would do anything for candy no matter the flavor.  So, taking what he'd consider a "leap of faith", he came out of the bushes, brushed what leaves were left on his clothes, and casually walked over to the bench where Kula was sitting.

Seeing him, the man simply smiled as he sat down beside her, "Hello there," he said to her, starting off slow so as not to make her seem to worry.  She gave a simple relpy back, "Um…hi.  Do I know you?"

"Probably not.  My name's Daniel, but you can call me DW."

"DW…  What does that stand for?"

"That's my initials, silly."

"Oh right!  Sorry about that, I'm Kula."

"A pleasure to meet you, Miss Kula." He offered a polite handshake gesture, to which she accepted. "Please, just call me Kula.  Miss makes me sound old."

"Of course, sorry about that."

"So what are you doing here, DM?"

"Oh nothing much, just passing through really."

"Are you sure?  It seemed like you just came out of nowhere."

"Heheh, yeah that tends to happen with a lot of people I see."

This was going a lot better than Daniel had hoped.  It felt like they were really connecting like good friends do.  In spite of this, he decided to speak up of his idea finally.

"Hey, I have an idea.  You wanna come play a game at my place?"

Kula looked at him puzzled, "What kind of game?"

He simply gave her a smile, "One that will put a bright smile on your face."

Kula thought for a bit…  "I dunno, DW.  I'm kind of waiting for someone right now, and they might worry if I'm gone when they get here."

"Oh don't worry," DW told her, "we won't be too long.  I don't live very far away from here."

"Even so…I would think they'd get worried about me if I were gone…"

Seeing how she seemed rather reluctant, DW pulled out his candy bar.  Kula eyed this, seeing him show it to her.  "I noticed that you had a rather big sweet tooth…  Is that right?"

Kula was practically mesmerized by the bar in his hand.  It was a Twix candy bar, which meant there were two bars instead of just one in the pack.  It only just made her want it so much more...the caramel mixed in with crunchy goodness, all packed down in a chocolate casing…  "I do…" she told him in response.

"What if I said, if you came with me and played my game, that you'd get allll the candy I have currently inside my house?  And I practically have a garage full of all kinds of candy."

Kula's eyes widened, hearing about the candy.  A garage full?  That's practically a lifetime supply of all the candy she could ever ask for!  Hearing that, she began to think a bit…  Candy…or K…Candy…or K…  In response, he gave her the Twix bar in his hand.  "This is just a taste of what you'll receive once we finish."  He smiled as the two of them got up.  Kula then looked back at DW after he gave him the piece of candy, reassuring her that everything will be a-okay.  She soon nods in agreement as the two leave together.

Soon enough, they reach a rather peaceful-looking motel.  The place was tidy clean, not a real spec of dirt or trash around.  Looking through the many motel rooms, all the rooms were neat and tidy.  Not a single place was missed during cleaning time.  Once again, this reassured Kula that this wasn't some kind of trap.  DW soon stopped in front of a door as he opened it, introducing Kula to his little room here.  "It's not exactly a house," he said, "but it works out in the end."

"It looks really nice," Kula said as a compliment, which it really did.  There was a simple couch in front of a TV in the room, with easy access to a fridge.  There was also a rather comfy-looking recliner to the couch's right, also facing the TV.  The other room laid a bedroom, complete with a tidy bed and not a single piece of hanging clothing anywhere in sight.  DW smiled and said "Go ahead and take a seat wherever you like."

Kula looked around the room to which she eventually chose to sit down on the comfy recliner.  The cushions patted her body down in a rather comforting way, kind of like a child's blanket.  It was ever so comfortable and soft that she could practically fall asleep on it.  But as a guest to her new friend, falling asleep would be rather rude, as Daniel soon came up to her and set up the recliner so that her booted feet were propped up.  DW soon leans down to her feet.

"Do you mind if I take off your shoes?" he asked, a tad nervous.

"Take off my shoes?" Kula said confused, "Why would you want to do that?"

"All part of our game."

Understanding, Kula eventually agrees.  "Okay then.  If that's part of the rules, then go right ahead."

Daniel proceeded to slide off Kula's purple boots one by one, which slowly led to the silver-haired cutie to be barefoot.  Despite Kula's confusion about how her body works exactly, her feet were gorgeous.  A size seven, a little on the pink side which made them ever so cute to look at, ever so smooth like a baby's skin, not to even mention about how well-kept her toes were; a little long but adorable with a little pink on each underside of them, and her faded blue toenail polish to match most likely her ability to conjure up ice at will.  Daniel was nearly speechless at the beauties in front of him.  He looked at them sitting idly for so long that it took Kula speaking up to snap him out of it.

"Are you alright, Mister DW?" she asked, snapping him out of his trance-like stare.

"Oh!  Uhm.."  Daniel cleared his throat, a tad embarrassed that he was caught staring, "Yeah, I'm fine Kula..  Anyways, the rule is that you can't move your feet away during the game."

"Why is that?"

"Because then, I win and you don't get candy."

"So if I don't move, I will get your candy?"

"That's right." He said with a smile.  Kula, still puzzled, could only say one word:  "Okay."

Using the nails on his fingers, Daniel soon began to stroke up and down Kula's left bare foot…and was met with a satisfying result.

"YEEEE!" Kula yelled as she pulled her foot away…and placed it back beside the other.  "What was that?"

"It's called tickling.  Don't you know what that is?"

A memory soon pinged into Kula's mind.  "Oh," she started, "tickling!  Is that what this game is?"
Daniel smiled, "Yes."

Kula, taking a deep breath, clamped down on the seat, determined to claim her prize.  "Do your worst!"

To Daniel, those three words were music to his ears.  Immediately, he wrapped his arm around her ankles, making sure she couldn't pull them back, and began itching and scratching along her soles.  Needless to say, this would be a good tactic to use.

"KEEEEEEEEEEEHEEHEHEHEHEEHHAHAHAHAHHAAAHAHAHAAHAA!!!" Kula's reaction to the tickling was instant.  She gripped the recliner in a desperate attempt to withstand the tickling assault Daniel was giving to her.  During the tickling assault, the place where her hands were resting began to incase itself in ice due to her losing control of her own power just a bit.

"Ooo, careful now.  I don't wanna have to pay for new furniture." Daniel said, chuckling as he kept this up, teasing and tickling with his fingernails, watching Kula laugh like a giggly little schoolgirl.  Kula thrashed her body in the recliner to no avail as Daniel kept up the tickling assault.  His nails felt like little scratchers scratching at the soles of her gentle feet.  She didn't expect this at all, since she had no idea that she was so ticklish this entire time.

"STAHAHAP!!" Kula practically begged as Daniel's nails raked across her feet, "PLEEHEHEHEHEAHAHASE STAHAHAHAHAP!!!!"  Finally, upon request, Daniel stopped, leaving Kula to pant and take a breather as her tickler gave a break.  Ten minutes felt like ten hours during this game, she thought to herself as she looked at the clock in front of her.  No sooner did she take a break that Daniel soon spoke up.

"Are you ready for Round 2?"

Kula looked at him confused.  "There's a Round 2?"

"Yep," he said with a goofy grin on his face, "there's three rounds in total, and we just completed the first."  He soon lifted up a long red feather.  "THIS is Round 2."  Kula's eyes widened looking at the feather, not out of fear, but out of amazement.  The fact that he even had a feather of that length stored away somewhere, and in perfect condition, was an accomplishment all on its own.

Without wasting any more time, Daniel proceeded to brush the feather across Kula's smooth soles.  The reaction was oh so priceless as Kula began laughing her cute little head off and scrunching her feet, yet she kept her feet in place like her friend requested. No matter how unbearable the tickling was, Kula didn't move her feet away one inch. It could either mean she was very determined for that candy...or maybe she was enjoying this moment...

But whatever the reason, enjoying or determination, Kula kept her feet stationary on the recliner end letting the feather stroke all over her soles.

"KEEEHEHEHEHEHEHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHHAHAHHAAHHEHHEHE!!"

Kula couldn't even talk anymore because she was in so much ticklish laughter. Though her seat wouldn't be able to last much longer...

Another ten minutes passed and he finally stopped tickling, leaving little Kula gasping for air. "How was that?" Daniel asked his lady friend. Kula was still trying to catch her breath, trying to give him an answer.

"It.....was fun....."

Daniel asked Kula to repeat herself out of disbelief. She did so, this time with a much more energetic voice.

"It was fun!  For the most part, at least."

Daniel only smiled warmly at her.  "Okay then," he started, "ready for the final round?"

"What does the final round consist of?  What instrument of tickle will you use now?"

"Oh, you'll see." Daniel wanted to keep it a surprise for just a little longer.  "For the final round, you have to keep your eyes closed.  If you guess the instrument correct two times, I'll give you a reward you'll never forget!"

Kula's eyes lightened up brightly hearing this.  A prize she'll never forget?  Curiosity sprang into her like a bullet from a machine gun.  "Okay!" she exclaimed with excitement.  Soon enough, she closed her eyes so that she would see nothing but pitch blackness. To no shock, soon the feeling of ticklishness fueled up inside of her.

"YEEEHEEHHE!" Kula's adorable giggling laughter rang out like a cell phone ringtone as she kept her eyes glued shut, despite the tickly sensations flowing within her.  Whatever was tickling her felt really fluffy and....soft?

Fluffy and soft, she thought to herself as she let the tickling keep on going, what could be fluffy and soft..... Oh!

"FFFHHAHAHAHHHAA FEHAHATHEHEHEhRrR hAHAHAHHAA!!"

Soon, the sensation stopped as Daniel's voice spoke up.  "Correct!  That's one!  Now for the other."  Soon, more tickling sensations entered into Kula's nerves, once again making her spring into laughter quickly.  Her body hopped a bit before they started as her feet wiggled in place, undeterred by Daniel's tickling.  This time, the feelings were rougher than the feather...yet it was still tickly instead of scratching...  Kula began to debate this object in her head.

All scratchy now, she thought, what could be so scratchy...  Fingers?  That's gotta be it.  No wait...fingers aren't this sharp...  It feels like a pen of some sorts...  Wait!  That's it!

"YAAAHAHHAHAHAHHEHEEEHEHE FEHEHEHEHATEHEHEHER FEATHEEHER AAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA!!"

Daniel once again stopped as Kula panted in her seat.  "You answered my trick question, you smart girl you!  That makes two guesses correct!"

Kula speaks up in-between her pants.  "Does that....mean....I win?..."

Daniel only smiled, seeing that Kula was merely focused on winning and nothing else.  "You sure did!"  Kula, excited about her victory, merely smiled and scrunched her toes in pleasant reaction, as well as a cute little squeal of excitement as she opened her eyes.  "What did I win?"

Daniel smirked and grabbed the feather again.  "You not only get the candy I promised, but also a feather massage to go along with it!"  Now Daniel had no idea how to perform a proper feather massage, so he was only saying this as an excuse to use the feather on her feet again.  Kula simply giggled.  "Alrighty!  Go right ahead!"

This was all Daniel needed to begin brushing the feather along Kula's soles, making her laugh and giggle as her feet flex and scrunch in reaction.  It was a splendid day for young Daniel, probably one of the best actually.  Not only did he get his dream of tickling Kula Diamond, but he did so in a way that even she would enjoy the sensation.  Though despite his new recliner being turned into a giant popsicle, this was perhaps Daniel's best day ever....at least, until Kula's more adult friends found out and his fear of being beaten down would come about, but regardless Daniel's day was by far the greatest day of his life.
THIS is the overdue story I promised to :iconredvelvetlover:. I do infinitely apologize for such a long wait dude, I meant to have this done a LOOOOONG time ago. So I hope 6 pages worth of story will be enough to satisfy you for such a long wait. ^_^

It's not quite perfect (at least the way I see it), but I hope everyone enjoys it nonetheless.

Oh, wow. I'm amazed that you managed to do this without turning Kula into a defenseless damsel in distress. Every time I read similar fanfics, Kula is either kidnapped, or somehow disabled by regular human beings. They completely ignore the fact that Kula is a superhuman, with insane destruction capabilities and fighting skills. No regular human being could ever get close to harming her without getting killed, let alone kidnapping her. Doing that is breaking the character and making a fanfic pointless, because the character is changed, it's not Kula anymore.
But you sir, hats off to you! Really splendid job. :)
